• Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
• We ship via major carriers including UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS. Carrier selection is not available at this time.
• We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Undeliverable packages will be returned. To arrange re-delivery, please contact kelmesales010@kelmeasia.com.

2. Warehouse & Fulfillment
•  Most orders are shipped from our U.S.-based warehouses. In some cases, due to inventory shortages, orders may be shipped directly from our factories to ensure timely delivery. This may affect overall shipping times and may result in slight variations in packaging.
• No matter where the product is shipped from, we ensure consistent product quality and standards across all fulfillment channels.

3. Shipping Rates
• Free standard ground shipping is available on U.S. orders over $59.
• For U.S. orders below the free shipping threshold, shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• For non-U.S. orders, shipping rates vary by destination and shipping method. Final shipping costs will be shown at checkout.

4. Shipping Times
• Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: Not Available
• International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days. Once the package reaches your local postal service, delivery times may vary.
• International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
These charges are determined by local authorities and cannot be calculated or collected by KELME.US at checkout.

6. Backordered Items
If an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you promptly. You may choose to:
• Wait for the item to be restocked
• Select a replacement item
• Cancel the backordered item for a refund
