Please note that because we make every effort to ship your product as quickly as possible, once the shipping process begins, we are unable to make changes to your order, so please review your order details carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Processing
• Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
• We ship via major carriers including UPS, FedEx and USPS. Carrier selection is not available at this time.
2. Warehouse & Fulfillment
• Most orders are shipped from our U.S. based warehouses. In some cases, due to inventory shortages, orders may be shipped directly from our factories to ensure timely delivery. This may affect overall shipping times and may result in slight variations in packaging.
• No matter where the product is shipped from, we ensure consistent product quality and standards across all fulfillment channels.
• We are committed to continuously improving delivery efficiency. If you experience any issues related to packaging damage or extended delivery times, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team at info@kelmesportsus.com. — we are always happy to assist and resolve any concerns.
3. Shipping Rates
1) Shipping to the U.S.
• Free standard shipping on orders over $59.
• For orders less than $59, there is a $8 shipping charge.
• Free shipping excludes Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, and U.S. Territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands). Orders shipped to these locations incur a $20 shipping charge.
2) Shipping to other regions
We currently do not support shipping to countries outside the United States at this time.
4. Standard Shipping Times
• Shipped from U.S. based warehouses：2–7 business days
• Shipped from factories：7-14 business days
• International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
These charges are determined by local authorities and cannot be calculated or collected by KELME.US at checkout.
• All orders are final once shipped and are not eligible for cancellation, returns, or exchanges. Please ensure all product details, sizing, and shipping information are correct before placing your order.
• Note: Shipping times are estimated and may vary due to weather, customs clearance, holidays, or local carrier conditions.
5. Order Tracking
• Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking link.
• Tracking information may take up to one business day to activate.
• You can also track your order here.
6. Backordered Items
If an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you promptly. You may choose to:
• Wait for the item to be restocked
• Select a replacement item
• Cancel the backordered item for a refund
7. Tax Information
• All product prices include applicable sales tax.
• No additional tax will be charged at checkout.
• International orders do not include customs duties or import taxes imposed by the destination country.
